ProductionHow long does production take?
4–6 weeks after proof approval, for every sock style.
ProductionWill I see my design before production starts?
Yes. You approve a digital proof and tech pack before anything is made.
ArtworkCan I use my own artwork and colors?
Yes. Send them with the quote form, or design on our tech pack template.
ArtworkWhat if I don’t have a design?
Ask for a quote anyway. Our designers will build one with you.
ArtworkWhat decoration methods are available?
Basic knit, jacquard knit logos, screen print, embroidery, cresting, sublimation, tie dye, or a mix.
ArtworkWhat file types can I send?
AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG, up to 5 MB. Larger files can be emailed to sales@davisonmerch.com.
SocksWhat sock styles can I choose from?
Premium cotton, performance, merino wool blend, dress 200 needle, sublimation print and DTG print. Premium cotton and performance come in tab, quarter and crew heights. All other styles are crew.
SocksWhat sizes are available?
Sublimation and DTG socks come in US Mens 9–13. Ask about other sizes.
